IPhone won't turn on after a restart?

It did suffer some water damage a couple weeks ago so I'm guessing that's the reason why. When trying to power back on, the logo just comes up for a bit and then disappears. Will I need to put it into DFU mode?

Added (1). Or can it not even go into DFU mode since it's already off?

Added (2). I just chatted with support. Since my phone is in limbo, I'll have to go in person. The indicator doesn't show it has water damage though so that's good.

  • My iPhone won't stop respringing after I turn it off? I recently jailbroke my Iphone 4 with redsn0w. Every time i turn my phone off then back on again it shows an all black screen with a loading wheel. After about 5 seconds of this it goes back to normal, then 5 seconds later it goes back to the wheel and repeats. I can fix the problem by rebooting with redsn0w, but every time I turn it off it goes back into the wheel routine.
