Iphone won't stay connected to att uverse?

So i really don't have the time or patience to call att and sit on the phone for hours trying to figure out what they are saying. So a few days ago the Wi-Fi on my phone started going out. It'll work for like 30 secs then stop. Sometimes it still shows i'm connected and sometimes it doesn't. I have a very strong Wi-Fi signal in my house. I restarted my phone and the internet box but it still won't work!): its driving me crazy now! We have had att fir a few months and had no problems until now. Has this happened to anyone? Ir any ideas how to fix?

So it could be a couple things. Try resetting your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in (give it a few minutes to restart). If you recently added an app, try uninstalling that app to see if the problem goes away. You can also try resetting your phone (power off then on) or doing a factory reset.
