Is 1GB of data enough on an IPhone 4s?

So next weekend I'm getting an IPhone 4s on contract. Thing is, I don't know how much data I should get… I know I'm going to be using a lot of internet, but only for things like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Google. I won't really be watching videos. I will be using the internet when I go out, though. Do you think that's enough? X

Not enough, get as much as you can afford.
i don't know how sprint does their billing except it says units, not sure how much a unit is equal to but i use about 25 million of them a month and don't watch videos, but do stream podcasts

Probably not but I'm an Android fan.

Here's an idea. Ditch the three year contact. Get just a sim card (make sure its the small one which also goes in tablets) with 1gb of data. Pay around $30 a month. Get text apps like TextPlus (free), and talk apps like MagicJack ($20 a year). Make sure you ask for a tablet data plan! For a IPhone, buy one used at a Pawn Shop or just buy one new. This advice will save you hundreds, more to spend on what you want and not what the phone companies want. Enjoy, Jonathan!

I Think No.

No try and see if you can get unlimited Internet cos virgin mobile offer unlimited access to the internet. Better than going over on your data

1gb is about 2 hours of you tube videos so if you stay away from youtube or video downloads you should be fine. But maybe get over 1gb to be sure… AND Samsung phones r totally better than iphones. So much more powerful and packed with features. Iphones and htc one r simple phones and not very customizable. The s4 is amazing but I believe the samsung galaxy note 2 is the best phone in the world right now. Similar to the s4 in features but better, the s pen stylus is so useful I couldnt imagine a phone without one now. And its not too big, fits in yr pocket fine and once uv had a large screen u ll never go back. The trouble with iphone and htc one is you can't remove the battery, with samsung if yr running low on charge, just swap to a spare battery and carry on. The iphone battery is rubbish u ll get half a day. With the s4 and htc one u ll go a full day between charges maybe more. With the note 2 u ll go 2 days between charges. Iphone and htc one doesn't support micro sd memory card. With samsung you can buy a relatively cheap sd card and boost yr phones memory buy upto 64gb, thats tones of pictures videos and music. The android app store is full of free apps, with apple app store u ll be paying for more apps. Check out the youtube and online reviews of the s4 and note 2to see how good they are. Also check out the online comparisons of iphone and samsung… Samsung always beats iphone. Samsung and htc one comparisons come out even. If you buy a samsung watch daily tips and tricks for either s4 or note 2 on youtube to get to know yr phone. Also get player fm app and listen to android app addicts pod cast to get the most out of android.

  • Would 1gb of data be enough for the iphone 4s? I plan on getting the 1gb of data per month and wondering if it would be enough for me because i don't want to go over and pay loads of money. I would be on twitter, instagram and snapchat mostly, but connecting to Wi-Fi when available. Also should i turn my data off everytime i can connect to Wi-Fi to save data or will it not be used when connected to Wi-Fi? When should i turn data off.
  • Will 1GB of data a month be enough for an iPhone? I'm thinking of getting an iPhone, but only the small plan, which has only 1GB of data a month. The only thing I go on the internet for on my phone is Facebook. Will it be enough data? Or will it be constantly looking for updates and stuff and use internet data? My old phone did that and took away heaps.
  • Is 1GB of data enough for me? I'm getting an iPhone so I will mainly be using Facebook and Twitter apps, and occasionally searching on Google. I browse Facebook and Twitter every hour or two hours depending on where I'm, and search Google once a day or once every two days. When I'm at home, I will connect to the Wi-Fi. I will get a 1GB internet data allowance per month: is this enough for my daily internet needs?
  • Is 1GB of data enough for me for the iPhone 5? I tend to download a lot of apps… And be on twitter a lot… I rarely go on youtube on a phone b/c i have my computer for that. So is 1GB enough for downloading lots of apps and going on twitter? Oh and instagram
