Is 2gb of data alot or a little?
I just got an iPhone 5 unlocked and I have an unlimited talk and text plan with 2 gigs of data for $60 a month on Tmobile. I think the plan is great but i don't know if 2 gb is too little. I have Wi-Fi at my house. But I do use the phone all the time. Since dec 27 I've used 135 mb. Is that a lot? This is my first smart phone lol
2GB of data should be enough. As long as you don't stream music or videos with your phone using the data.
Its great that you take the time to look at your usage. I agree with the other poster. Watch anything that streams like video and radio. Those will move at the rate of about 3MB per minute Use you Wi-Fi for those actions. FYI 2GB = 2048MB. You're fine for now.
2Gb is pretty small. Do not stream any content, and keep browsing to a minimum, when not connected to Wi-Fi.
If you keep this same usage habit, 2Gb will be enough for you. Looks like you will use < 1Gb in a typical month.
If you don't go to youtube or stream videos using that data plan, 2gb is ok. And 60$ for unlimited talk and text plan plus 2gb of data plan is nice quite great actually. If you wanna go on youtube, only use the Wi-Fi at your house, if you use that data plan 2gb will be gone quick
No not alot… But if you like using your phone alot, you may want to upgrade it to a different GB.
- What is the 2gb data plan for verizon? I have an iphone 5 and me and my mom are using the 2gb share everything plan but i don't know how to not go over the limit since i don't even know what the 2gb is. Like what does it use up? Does watching youtube videos affect it? Going on the internet? Streaming pandora?
- Is the 2GB data plan on Verizon enough for iPhone 4s? I'm switching providers soon and I want Verizon and to get the iPhone 4s but I noticed you pay for however much data you use. It's not unlimited? So do you think the 2GB data plan is enough? I do go on the internet a lot on my phone now such as Facebook and Tumblr. I take a lot of pictures and have a lot of apps. I'm just afraid I'll go over and then my dad will have to pay more… It's already expensive enough.
