Is a eReader worth the money?

I love to read and although I usually do it with physical books, I've been wondering if upgrading to an eReader is worth the money or should I just buy books for my iPhone and stuff

I bought an e-reader last summer and love it, being able to carry an entire library around in my pocket is great for more than one reason - its lightweight and I have found that although I get motion sickness if I try to read a physical book on the bus I have no problem reading an e-book

Its also a lot nicer having a big screen that's paperback size to read on than trying to read on a smaller phones screen and since its a dedicated device it does one thing and does it well.
I own the kobo touch and will eventually upgrade to the kobo glo, and one last thing - I charge my e-reader once a month and read an hour or so every day so unlike a phone that dies fast and always needs charging the e-reader barely needs to be charged at all

I have a kindle paperwhite and love it. I still buy books from yard sales though.

  • Should I get an eReader or read on my iPhone? I have been debating getting a kobo glo or a kindle paperwhite recently. I'm leaning towards a paperwhite but I was wondering if i should just use my iPhone 4S for reading. I find it does have glare and is hard on my eyes after a certain period of time. Also, the screen is quite small so its hard to read unless the fot is very big. I don't use my phone that much and was thinking about letting it go even though i signed for a 3 year contract 6 months ago. What should I do?
  • Is the lifeproof case worth the money? I just got an iPhone 4 and wanted to know if an lifeproof case really durable. I don't plan on submerging my phone in water. I just want a case that would be able to take a drop every once and a while and an accidental drop in water or something. I'm really good with phones and have never broke one or anything. But since this phone would be so expensive to replace I just want assurance that it is in a good case.
  • Is the iPhone 5 worth the money? - 1 Or is it just hype? I understand I'll get some very opposite answers on this but please back them up with bullit points and facts, not hate or fanboy redderic cause that's what fools do.
  • Is the iPhone 4 worth all the money? I want an iPhone 4 soon now that I have some cash available but I'm not waiting for the iPhone 5. And I don't want 4s. Just plain 4. But each month has a large payment and I'm paying from my own pocket. (I'm 16) So is it worth it or should I stick with my decent phone (not a smartphone) and get a Macbook Air? Haha
