Is an iPhone 4s with iOS 6 any different to an iPhone 5?

If I got an iPhone 4s, then got the iOS 6 upgrade when it comes out, what would be the difference between the 4s and the 5? Because I know that the 5 has panoramic camera, 3D maps, and improved siri, but these are all new features of iOS 6…
I'm asking this because I prefer the look of the 4s

I'm in the same boat to be honest but have decided to go with the 4s as you know the reliability as well as know how good they are. There will be no difference in the software side of things as they would both be running iOS 6 but the hardware is slightly different too name a few you have slightly bigger screen, slightly faster chip meaning things load slightly faster, a nano sim and a new connector. But for the 16GB Iphone 5 at the moment on contract it is £109 and the Iphone 4S is only £29:) both on a £36 a month contract. Just remember for the Iphone 5 you need the new connectors for it to connector to any device that had the 30 pin connector as well as some cases being slightly more expensive as its a new phone.   • Why won't iTunes transfer any song or any file to any of my devices? I have unistalled and reinstalled iTunes multiple times. When I go to to transfer a song to iphone, ipad, ipod it just freezes up and doesn't do anything. I'm running the newest version of the program. What do I need to do? Just want to fix it. Thanks. I have waited on the program to transfer just to see if it is slow or what and it took 30 mins and nothing. I can't download software updates also.

I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
