Here's an alternative. Switch to android. Buy a Nexus 5 which has a far faster processor. Far better screen. The ability to customise quite literally everything on the phone. Pure Google (it gets all the latest updates before any other android phone). The big one is that the Nexus 5 is £130 cheaper than the 5c (based on unlocked prices on Google play and the apple store). It just shows you how overpriced and expensive everything is on apple. When you can get something that is far better in pretty much every way.
Don't pay the premium price for apple, not worth it. Join android. Cheaper and better.

I've been using my 5C for almost a year and have nothing to complain about.
The moment I touched its plastic for the first time was the moment I fell in love with it. I'm not really a fan of classic metal apple phones but I like what apple really does so it was a perfect deal for me. And again one it has nothing in common with the other plastic devices two you won't even feel anything plastic when using a case.
Speaking about the rest of it, I'd just say it's apple. It's as good as anything else they do.

In the app store on my iphone i'm trying to install the tumblr app and this pop up asks to agree to the terms & conditions and I have like a billion times but it still won't allow me to download the app without agreeing to the terms and it's really annoying

- IPhone software update. I did not agree to the terms and conditions and it downloaded anyway. Are there legal ramifications for Apple? My iPhone software updated overnight and prior to this I would always decline any software update and stayed on 10.1 iOS. I woke up to find the software was updated to 11.3 without my consent or agreement to the terms and conditions. That beeing said, what law, or rules were broken by Apple?
