Is iPhone camera the best one in phone photography?

I'm not satisfied with my phone camera and I see photos taken by iPhone are very attractive even if people don't know much about photography. Is there any better choice if I want to change a phone? I have an Interchangeable Lens Camera but I still can't take it everyday. I want to have a phone that can take nice photos even at night… Any suggestions?

Nokia and Carl Zeiss make optimized camera phones. Check out the Pure View 808 and Lumia 920. (41mp)

If you want to take pictures buy a camera. If you want to make calls buy a phone.

It's called using the best tool for the job.

I love my iPhone & the VSCO cam app together. I think that iPhone photography is great so go ahead & buy an iPhone. You'll be happy with it!

No, the iPhone camera is quite mediocre in comparison to other top end smart phones. But the truth is no smart phones have good cameras - they are all a bit rubbish. Fine for snaps, but nothing serious.

If you want a camera to take good photos, then buy a real camera. Not a phone.

I'm thrilled with the camera on my Samsung Galaxy 4.

No, not at all.
However, any phone camera will be the "tallest of the dwarfs" -- no matter how tall it is, it's still awfully short.
Any actual camera, even most point-n-shoot models, will run rings around any cell phone camera.
