Is it illegal to use somebody's IPHONE without permission?
Let's say I left my iPhone at cousins house. It does have passcode on there. But if he tries to get into my phone, is that illegal
Yes that is illegal because of privacy laws.
Have you told your cousin he can't use it? If not, then it could be illegal, depending on where you live.
No. Its your responsibly to call your provider to suspend the service. Or hope he can't guess what your password is. Don't he get like 4 tries?

I'm planning on putting an iPhone on my artwork but instead it will say iDiot. Will designing it in a slightly altered way avoid lawsuits? Do you think the competition will reject my entry if they saw a representation of the iPhone? It will not be the main object in my piece, just a little accessory. Like really small.

Yes I know its old; its a classic. I'm going to be selling the app for £0.69 and was wondering if I needed specific rights from Rockstar to use them. - Will my iphone info automatically sync without permission? I'm babysitting and I have my iphone plugged into their computer to charge. I just want to make sure all of my pictures won't upload to their computer. The computer is locked but it's still charging. I also put "don't trust" on the prompt that popped up on my phone about sharing with that computer. I just want to make sure lol.
- Someone took a picture of me without permission? I was in a toilet cubicle in school and I was pulling down my skirt when I noticed someone's iphone over the top of the cubicle (the back wall). I don't know if they saw anything but I was so embarrassed and feel sick even thinking about it now. What should I do? My mum says to report it but I'm so embarrassed.
