Nope, jailbreaking is a program that requires a computer to do the procces.
Nope. In earlier versions of IOS it *was* possible, but that was some years back when people were running IOS 4 or 3 or something. I've only ever seen ONE thing that could jailbreak in browser and it was with an early version of IOS and understandably, much easier to hack. Make sure your IOS software matches the jailbreak you're attempting to use and also back up all of your data before you try to do so--most of the jailbreaks now won't erase all of your data, but you should still be extra careful about this. And one more thing; sometimes it takes more than one time. I went through three different jailbreaks before I found one that worked for me.
