Is it possible to test/run android apps on an iphone?

So, I've been told by my professor that he wants us to test our apps on our mobile devices. Thing is, I got an iphone. Is it even possible to run android apps on an iphone? Or do I gotta run out and get me an android phone?

P.S. I got a macbook pro

No, iphones are completely different hardware and they don't run on each other. I would assume professors have an option for this, especially with most of the good apps being on the appstore, not everyhone can just go buy new phones for that purpose.

IPhone uses iOS which is an independent operating system than Android. Just like Windows and Mac, programs on both operating systems can't be directly installed unless if it is provided by the manufacturer. Both run off different codes.

In order to run Android apps on Windows and Mac, install Bluestacks.

No my friend this is totally impossible!
