Is it possible to unlock an icloud locked iphone?
I bought an iphone from someone on craigslist but when I try to enter my itunes info, it says I need the previous owners info. I obviously don't have their info. Is there any way around this?

Little to no chance at all. You got ripped off. It's reported lost or stolen and the iCloud activation lock is doing what it does.
You'll have to buy a bypass online. 50/50 that it will work (not cheap) or that you'll get ripped off again.
