Is it safe to install an emulator for an iOS device?

I've been using a nintendo ds emulator on my pc and it's great so i want it on my iPhone. On the website (www.coolrom.com) it says i can get it if i go to this website on my iPhone(m.coolrom.com). I went there and it says i can get it for a jailbroken iOS or a non-jailbroken iOS. Mine is not jailbroken. I just wanted to know if it is safe to install it. I don't want to screw up my phone. I don't want to jailbreak. I tried it on my ipod touch and bricked it…

It's totally unsafe. When my phone started showing up very strange problems like my phone lost all battery in 20 minutes of standby, then won't turn on etc. And every shop i went to asked me if i used an emulator. Just dnt do it

  • Will my jailbreak on one device transfer to another device via iTunes? So I bought an iPhone 5 today and I'm afraid to sync it to my Apple ID/ iTunes because my 8GB iPod is also synced to that iTunes account and its jailbroken. I don't want my jailbroken iPod to affect my iPhone 5. Will it affect it? I don't think it will but I just want to make sure before I sync it for the first time.
  • Transfer Pokémon from a GBA Emulator to a NDS Emulator on my iPhone? I have a GBA (Gameboy Advance) Emulator on my iPhone and I would like to get the NDS (Nintendo DS) Emulator, but I don't know how to transfer my Pokémon between the rom files. I have spent a lot of time leveling up my Pokémon from Firered, Leafgreen, and Emerald, and I don't want to lose them all! Does anyone know how to transfer them between the Roms? I have a Mac btw, so I can't use windows programs unless it works on CrossOver. Any help would be great!
  • Is it safe to leave my iphone plugged in and on safe? I have to download sometbing that will take multiple hours, i eould like to know if it is safe to leave my iphone 4s plugged in charging while the screen remians on. Will the screen stop working?
  • Is it safe to install 3rd party iPhone 6 batteries? I'm an electrical engineer but Apple does not sell batteries directly to the consumer. Instead, they ship it to the authorized service centre. The service centre charges a lot for a new battery(around $200 or more). While going through Amazon, I was able to find iPhone 6 batteries for $30-50. My battery is ok for now but I was wondering if it is safe to put a 3rd party battery https://www.amazon.com/...01B4TEJUM/
