Is it worth jailbreaking my iphone?

I have a iPhone 4s and I was wanting to jailbreak my phone, but i have found some comments saying that you can't do it on the iphone 4s and also i'm afraid that i'm not going to be able to get it back and it will go blank and i will have to pay for it to be fixed, i have seen what it does and i Really want to do it i just want to know what are the risks and if i should do it and possible how?

You would be able to do it. Its totally worth it. I have it on my phone. If you want it to go back to normal, you're gonna have to factory reset it. And if it ever breaks, warranty won't work so you won't be able to get a new one… So completely up to you

You can always get it back or update it to a stable working operating system that is unjailbroken.

The information I'm providing is for the iPhone 4s, keep in mind iPhone 4s is an A5 device and only A4 devices can be downgraded or jailbroken once you are on ios 6 (newest operating system)

If your iPhone is on ios 5.1.1 yes you can untethered jailbreak your iPhone and it is very much worth it. if your iPhone is on ios 6 - it can't be jailbroken yet, it can also not be downgraded to ios 5.1.1 yet. For this reason if you are on ios 5.1.1 do not upgrade until you have decided for sure that you do not want to jailbreak. P.s.
