Is my iphone completely ruined?
So I dropped my iphone and the screen cracked a lot. The display still shows, but there are multicolored lines across the entire screen, and there are black spots around the two main cracks. I can still read some of my home screen, but the touchscreen doesn't work. Is my phone completely destroyed or will I be able to replace the screen?
Replace screen. This is not expensive. If you get a kit from amazon, get one with the tools and watch the videos. There are plenty of places near you where they will do that for you.
You can replace your screen, ebay sells cheap kits
Take it to an apple store and see what the cost would be. If your contract is up just trade it in and upgrade as its better puttiing your money into that instead. You would get something back even if broken, better then nothing.
- Who here thinks iOS 7 ruined iphone? I seriously hate it. At first In was dying to get my iphone because of the update but now I just hate it. They so copied android and now I feel as if my iphone 5 is just an android phone inside it but outside its an iphone. Serously? What are your thoughts? And if there's possible way to return it back to the old update without reseting the whole thing can you please let me know?
- My iPhone is ruined. Can I get my info back? Dropped it in the ocean. Genius, I know. Anyway, it's still drying out, so there's still hope. But if it is a goner, can I get my photos and things? I have "lost or stolen" insurance, so fixing the phone isn't an issue. It's getting my memories back.

I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?
- My Iphone 4S now has a red jack-sensor after a minor splash. How can I tell if it is ruined? Everething else seems to be OK. However, battery life dropped from 13 to 5 in a short period of time. It's lying on a warm place now.
