IPhone automatically stops charging when at full Capacity. You shouldn't have a problem with the charging you're fine.

No, after your Iphone is completely charged it stops charging until you use it.

No, I overcharge mine all the time and have never had an issue. Iphones don't have this problem.

Okay the iPhone doesn't over charge, it stops after it's full( 100% on screen doesn't mean full)
Don't or at least try not to make your phone die as then the battery won't last as long as it can and keeping it above 20-40% ( depending on model)prolongs life.

It has certain stages of charging.

When the batter is low it will charge high speed.

When it's in between 50-80% it will charge moderately.

When it's nearly full it will trickle, this method is found to boost battery life.

Obviously try to keep your phone on charge until it's full and don't use it whilst it's charging.
The charger itself can have a impact on the battery life.

I'd also recommend a app such as 'battery' and clean your device as well as leaving it open whilst charging. As the app also tells you if the battery life is deteriorating.
