Is the HTC One V phone case the same size as an iPhone 4 or 5?

I just the HTC One V & I'm looking for a case & every time I search for a phone case that's for my phone a iPhone 4 or 5 phone case comes up. Please answer, Thank you! C';

No, you need to get the case for your phone. Even if they are the same dimensions, the holes for the camera and volume buttons will be wrong.
