I'd say no. The hardware is not much more advanced and next year Apple will shock the world when they announce that the new iPhone will have the number 7 after it and will be marginally different from the 6.
I think it'd be worth it but to be honest i think the 5c and 5s are prettier. But I wouldn't get it now if wait so the price wouldn't be so high, and I don't know if it's true or not but I heard the apple watch is only compatible with the iphone 6 and 6 plus
Probably not, If your looking at value for the dollar. It cost Apple about $200 to manufacture the iPhone 5S but they sell it for $550. And thats why Apple is worth 800 Billion Dollars. Buy a Motorola and save your money, It's just going to fall out of your pocket and break any way.

If you have an older iPhone 4 or 4S then certainly. If you have a iPhone 5 or 5C then maybe, but if you have an iPhone 5S then you must decide.
