Is this true about att cellhpone contracts?

So i have a iphone 5 and i have enough graduation money to pay for a iphone 6 full $200 my contract is up and has been up since december. I asked my mom and she said its too hard switching. And said its too confusing for me. Does it cost money to start a contract with them i know its not hard because i've been there when i got the iphone 5 i have the same plan she does and she has a iphone 6 so i know its for the 6 too.

Not really.

ISheep buys iCrap, so stupid…

It's only as hard as you want to make it. If you have the reading and comprehension level of at least 6th grade, you should be able to read what a contract says and means, without any problems. Anything you do not understand, you of course ASK about before mommy signs on the dotted line.

Paying for the phone outright, is a SMART thing to do, that way your monthly charges are JUST for the phone bill only. And you can bump the phone plan up or down, based on your actual needs.

Also if you are 18, you won't need your mommy to hold your hand when it comes to a phone plan or contract, but if you do not have a job, making that monthly payment, might be a bit of a problem. So make sure you have money to make payments for at least 8 months, if you are NOT currently working.

  • When will the iPhone 5s contracts come down in price? When will the iPhone 5s contracts come down? Ideally if anyone works within the mobile phone industry if you have any tips or knowledge of when this is likely to happen after the release of the iPhone 6 it'd be greatly appreciated Ideally networks like Three, O2, Vodafone.
  • Sprint contracts. How do they work? How do they work? I have two lines on my contract right now. I want to add another one. If I get the iphone 5s will I have to pay full price? Or do I get it for 200? Does it depend on my credit? How do I know if I qualify?
  • IPhone prices and contracts? I was thinking about getting an iPhone for Christmas, from the 4s, 5, 5c, and 5s. With a contract for Verizon, how much would each cost for unlimited calling, texting and data. Also, how much would it cost to get them prepaid and for each month?
  • IPhone 5 and SGS3 on one-year contracts? My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy Ace -- I bought it more than a year ago SIM-free. Now I'm planning to buy either an iPhone 5 or a Samsung Galaxy S3, but their unlocked versions are rather expensive, and all contracts (at least for the S3) are for 2 years… I don't want to have the same phone for 2 years, but all one-year contracts I've seen are for some weak old phones only… Does anyone know if I can find one of these two phones on a one-year contract (UK)?
