Is this weird to you or am I being paranoid about my neighbors?

Whenever I upgrade my cellphone, just want a new phone or switch companies etc - I always keep the old phones. So, I have a few phones scattered here and there in various shapes. I had a female with no job or anything ask to buy a cracked iPhone from me in which you can't even see the screen. It would cost at least $100.00 to repair. She said that she would pay any amount that I offer. I said that I would look into it and never got back to her. A few weeks later, another female texted me from her phone saying that her phone was broken and she wanted to know if she could borrow my phone for a week. She needed it to check on a friend. Mind you she has a house phone and her roommates all have cells. Neither even asked w hich provider I had…

That sounds weird

You certainly are not obligated to lend out your working phone to anybody. Sheesh!

If you have a bunch of obsolescent phones kicking around in drawers, you might offer to sell one to her for a low price. When I temporarily lost my cell phone, experts recommended that I buy one for about $15 at Walmart. Of course it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does take pictures, saves voice mail messages, and has other basic functions. Verizon de-activated the connection to my old phone and transferred my account to my new one, so the old one is just a brick now.

You could talk to the various providers you've had in the past, to verify that your old phones are no longer active and costing you money. If they're no longer active, you can keep them, give them to someone, sell them for pennies, or donate them to charity.

  • Why can I not connect to my neighbors Wi-Fi? Me and my neighbors are very close, we go to each other s houses and have the password to each other s Wi-Fi. However, when I got my iPhone 5s I was unable to connect to their Wi-Fi. I can connect to anyone else s including my own Wi-Fi. My brother and sister can connect to it easily, so it seems to be just my phone. I know they did not block it from me because they ve tried to connect me themselves. Any idea what's wrong or what I could do?
  • Using my neighbors internet? My sisters iPod is connecting to it, my laptop is connecting to it but my iPhone 5 just won't connect. I've restarted it multiple times, turned airplane mode on and off, and even tried to manually connect but it just says that it can't find the network. Help please? I really need it for my apps and such.

I have a iPhone 4S, I tried to connect to my neighbors Wi-Fi but every time after I put in her Wi-Fi password, it keeps saying " unable to join the network '___' ":( I went into her house to check out her Wi-Fi router, but i couldn't figure it out… Can anyone help me? Why does my phone keep saying that its unable to connect to my neighbors Wi-Fi?

I'm scared she'll facetime random guys and do stuff even though she's NEVER cheated on me but ppl cheated on her an I've been cheated on. What the hell is wrong with me?! I wanna shake being so jealous! Or paranoid!
