ITunes does not recognize my iPhone 4?
Okay so if I plug my iPhone 4 to my iTunes, it doesn't recognize it. It only charges but my friends' laptop recognizes it! I have iTunes 11.04.4 and on my iphone iOS 6.1.3. I already reset everything on my iphone.
Check this video it will fix the problem, but first check your iTunes is updated.
- Will iTunes recognize my iPhone 5 from a iPhone 4 adapter? I want to know if that iPhone 4 to iPhone 5 adapter will work when I go to plug it into my computer to put songs only phone?

But when i plug in my iphone, a screen pops ups and gives me two options: set up as new iphone or restore from ipod backup. - Itunes won't Recognize my new Iphone 4? I currently have a 3GS and i bought a brand new 4 from AT&T. Itunes won't recognize the new phone but still sees my old one. I have tried everything on the apple support site, reinstalled iTunes, and checked the Apple Mobile Support driver or whatever under services. I'm using windows 7 and my iTunes is the most current one available. What can I do?
