Itunes making me restore my iphone?
ITunes randomly decided that it can't "find" my iphone & said I have t restore it which would erase EVERYTHING. How do I go about fixing this without erasing pics, music, contacts etc? Seriously need to sync my music & I can't now!
Download ifunbox which is free. It allows you to transfer photos and music between iPhones and the computer. If this doesn't work just go to settings, general and software update directly on your phone.
- When you restore an iphone from itunes backup does it restore messages? I need to restore my iPhone 4S in iTunes, will I lose my messages or will it leave the messages from my most recent back up?
- Making ringtones with itunes? I made a ring tone and dragged it into itunes but itunes will not allow me to move the ring tone to the tone section in itunes. And because so it will not be recognized on my iphone. Ideas? Its already in.m4r format.
- Itunes Is making me restore my iphone My iphone 5 is brand new, i plugged it into my computer for the second time to sync the music and it is asking me to restore my phone even though i see no problem with the phone? I'm worried if i restore my settings i will loose all my stuff?
- If you disabled FindMyiPhone to restore your device, will the app be enabled again after the restore? A few weeks ago I upgraded to the iPhone SE and I restored the data from my iPhone 4s onto it. (I had to disable FindMyiPhone in the process). Little did I know that it would be lost/stolen 2 weeks later. Really need to know if FindMyiPhone would be enabled because I want to know if I still have any hope at all finding it. Thanks. I tried the app already… Says it's offline. Been waiting since.
