ITunes won't let me transfer apps?

I currently have a jailbroken iphone 4 on iOS 5.1.1 and it won't allow me to transfer apps from my phone. When I click sync on iTunes, instead of allowing me to click Transfer Purchases, it just says 'are you sure you want to remove these apps from your phone'. This did not happen before. I have installous 5 and appsync for iOS 5.0+. I tried reinstalling appsync but it still didn't work.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

If you don't remove the apps from the phone, it won't transfer. It's trying to move the apps into the computer like copy and paste. Plus itunes is pretty ingenious; it knows if you're jailbreaking or not, and the apple guys are isaac newtons, they know how to prevent stuff.

SSH is the ONLY #1 solution! SSH your iPhone, find the applications folder, open the folder to see if its the app you want to save, go back, and DRAG THE FOLDER TO THE DESKTOP FOLDER IN WINSCP! It won't work if you just drag the folder from WinSCP to desktop! Hope this works! Good luck! Usually I just delete some things off my phone and that helps but not in this case. I called apple support and they werent much help at all.
