Jailbreaking help iPhone 4 IOS 6.1.3?

I'm trying to jailbreak my iPhone 4 ios 6.1.3 with redsn0w and it seems to work but when i go to boot it it said
Missing Keys.plist data for this build
Device: iPhone 4-VZW
ECID:2198430975022
Build: iPhone3, 3_6.1.3_10B329

What I'm doing wrong? Am I using the wrong build? If so what build do I need? I followed the tutorial EXACTLY.

The only working untethered jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 is:
