Jailbroken iPhone problems - cydia?
I'm still having problems with my cydia. I have an error code 100 (usr/bin/dpkg) when installing apps. So can't install anything.
It wants to make 10 updates to cydia itself - but get error message of a dependency problem?
Just tried to delete a theme that I recently installed (to see if that is the issue) and my packages list is totally empty, however I have ifile, winterboard, dreamboard, etc!
I have tried downloading the cydia files manually the installer comes up with 'finished with result code 32512'
Can anyone shed some light on this for me and give me some advice?
I have loads of tweaks etc installed otherwise would have tried a fresh JB but really want to avoid that if I can.
I'm somewhat familiar with Unix/Linux systems, but that's a little strange. What I'd do is download the app "AptBackup" and running it to back up your installed packages. This will save a package list and you can do a fresh Jailbreak. Next download AptBackup again, and it will retrieve the list it made earlier and it will allow you to download all those apps again.
- Why doesn't my jailbroken iphone 4s have cydia? I just got an iphone 4s and my husband got it unlocked but it doesn't have cydia on it how do i get cydia on analready unlocked iphone? .
- What will happen to apps installed via cydia if I will delete cydia? I jailbroken the iphone for the purpose of installing an app which is not available in appstore. Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?
- Temple Run 2 Hack With JailBroken iPhone 4 (Cydia)? So I want to get the unlimited coins and gems hack on TempleRun2 with my newly jailbroken iPhone (Cydia), so I'd like to know what the app in Cydia is called which allows me to do so… Sorry I really don't fully understand jailbreaking yet.
- My iphone is jailbroken but it doesn't have cydia? I jailbroke my iphone4 5.1.1 with absinthe 2.0 andi had cydia, i clicked cydia, it restarted my phone and deleted cydia and several of my other apps, how do i fix it? How do i get cydia? Should i restore my phone and jailbreak again?
