They gave me the Order ID but no tracking number, they emailed me only the Order ID, What should I do

I upgraded to the iOS7 on my iphone 4. I had 300 songs. The only songs I find are the iTunes I paid for not my collection. Yes, I backed up and reloaded, but they won't come up on my phone when I Bluetooth in my vehicle. It did before the upgrade. The do not show under the music button. How do I get them back?

- IPhone won't turn on just got new battery yesterday? Ok so yesterday my phone went blank. I went and got the cracks in my phone fixed and a NEW BATTERY It was on 4 percent when they where done so I put it on the car charger and used it some how died during charging now when I put it on the charger it shows the red bard then the apple sign shows then it turns on to the pass code page then it stays for a few seconds then shuts off back to the charging red bar.
