Just updated to iOS 8, iMessage and FaceTime not activating?
I own an iPhone 4s and recently updated my phone to iOS 8. Before, I was able to freely iMessage and FaceTime people without any problems. After updating, I'm now not able to activate my iMessage or FaceTime at all. When turning on the iMessage, it always returns to the "Unable to Activate, turn on iMessage to try again." I have tried everything I could find to get this to work yet none of them are specifically for iOS 8 and they are not working. I have even restored my phone, reset the network settings, and many other supposed "solutions" due to my desperation. I just logged out of my Apple ID for iMessage and now it is simply stuck on the "Waiting for Activation" Advice?
Not all upgrades are backwards compatible.

- My iMessage and Facetime will not work? I reset my iphone and my imessage and facetime says "waiting for activation" and I have turned my phone off and on, but it still says "waiting for activation" please help!
- Just updated to iOS 8 on my iPhone and it changed my ringtone and don't let me change it back? So I just updated to iOS 8 yesterday, but today all of a sudden my ringtone changed to a ding sound opposed to the original notification noise when I get texts. So I was like okay weird but no big deal I'll just change it back. So I went to settings and sounds and found the original ringtone and chose it. But when I went back out it didn't save. So I kept trying over and over and it still will not save it. It keeps going back to the ding ringtone. Am I doing something wrong? Any help?
- Just updated my iPhone 4s to the IOS 8 update and lost all my stuff So I have ICLOUD on my iPhone and on my mac, but when I updated my phone it restored everything back to from 2013 (2 years ago) so now I don't have my recent contacts and apps and music on the phone. My macbook pro has my recent messages and contacts but I just don't know how to transfer it all of it onto my phone. Or is their another way to get it all back from 20 min ago before I updated my phone?!
- IPhone will not charge when on the phone just updated to iOS 7? So I just updated my iPhone to iOS 7 and when I'm on the phone it will not charge, but as soon as I get off it will charge. What should I do?
