Laptop and Iphone won't connect to internet?
So my laptop is the only one in my house that refuses to connect to the Internet. My Iphone won't connect to the Internet either. On my computer is says it has excellent strength but when I click connect it says "windows was unable to connect to this network". I've restarted my router but it doesn't change anything. It's been like this for 2 1/2 days now. And when i try to connect with my iphone it says it was the incorrect password when I know for a fact it's correct. What's wrong with my devices and what are some measures I can take to fix this problem and connect to the Internet? Answers As soon as possible!
You can try to restart your phone. If that is not working, reset your Router fully.
Unplug your modem and router (for 5 mins. Or so) and then plug them back in…
Otherwise, your screwed…
Connect your laptop directly to the Wi-Fi router with an ethernet cord, and goto the address 192.168.0.1, or 192.168.1.1 in the web browser - this should bring you to the router settings, if you don't know the credentials leave username blank and for password put "admin" or try "admin" for both user and password. In a lot of cases this will get you into the settings where you can change the Wi-Fi security, including the encryption (wpa, wpa2, wep) try changing those… Or better make it have no password to see if you can even connect.
you can do a factory reset by pressing a pin in the little hole in the back of the Wi-Fi router for 10 seconds while turned off. It will reset all the settings like when you bought it, including passwords.
- Why won't my xbox 360 connect to the internet but will connect to my iphone hotspot? Ill play cod bo2 almost daily and my xbox will connect to my mobile hotspot on my iphone 4s fine, but out of no where it will lag out and disconnect me from xbox live, its not a hardware issue everything connects normally, full bars and everything the phone still lets me get on the internet, but my xbox will not, why D:?

The only way I can get any browsing ability on my laptop is to hard-wire it to my router. I've been googling solutions for hours and have gotten no help. My iPad, and my iPhone have had no problems connecting to the internet via the same router.
