Laptop won't connect to Internet

I've been having this problem for a week now. Out of the blue this has all come up.

My computer will notice my Wireless router, but will keep cycling and saying "no internet access", yet it comes up with full bars of connection.

I've tried re-installing Wireless drivers and that didn't work. My wireless internet is working on my Mac, iPhone, iPad & Mums laptop.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15r N5110.

I'm typing this is off my Laptop using my Personal hotspot from my iPhone

Added (1). I have already deleted previous connection and tried again and still nothing.

Delete the existing connection to your router in your pc wireless properties and do a new search.

You could have accidentally pressed a button on your laptop. On my Dell Inspiron 1545 it's the F2 button. The symbol looks like a little cell phone tower.

Going at it wrong. Laptops are not wireless enabled permanently. They will see wireless, they will connect and they will drop the connections because the are connecting with limited access. You open menus, then network connections. On the one that says wireless you open it's properties and check enable, then apply or OK and then reboot. It comes back as a permanent connection. This isn't common knowledge.

Use the b13 cord costs about 5 dollars at the dollar tree

  • My Wi-Fi won't connect on my laptop but will connect to my other devices (an iPhone and iPad)? I have a MacBook Air. Sometimes it does connect but other times it just won't. It takes ages connecting and then in the end comes up with the exclamation mark or is just blank. Is this a problem with my laptop? I've tried researching the problem but have found nothing.
  • Laptop won't connect to internet through router? I set up my new linksys n300 router and I can successfully connect to the internet through the Wi-Fi on my iphone but on my laptop, I get an exclamation point symbol. Troubleshooting the problem says its a problem with my access point but seeing as how the Wi-Fi works on my phone, I'm not sure this is the case. How can I fix this?
  • Laptop won't connect to internet unless hardwired into wireless router? - 1 Randomly this afternoon, my laptop stopped connecting to the internet while it was connected to the wireless router. The only way I can get any browsing ability on my laptop is to hard-wire it to my router. I've been googling solutions for hours and have gotten no help. My iPad, and my iPhone have had no problems connecting to the internet via the same router. My computer is connected to the router, but it says "No internet access" I would really appreciate help on this issue
