Music apps that don't need Wi-Fi to play?
Ok so I have a iPhone 4s but I don't have data or enough room for iOS 8… And I want to listen to music with out internet connection does any body know a FREE music app that doesn't need internet connection?
NONE, unless you use Wi-Fi. Apps are not magical, you need the internet (via Wi-Fi or cellular) to receive, no internet means no music. Sorry.
