My iphone 4s sound isn't working! - 1
It started sometime last week i went to seaworld with my cousins but i left my phone at home. Anyways, the sound isn't working. I'm guessing the speakers blew out? But, it still plays ads when they pop up. I can hear perfectly with head phones. It won't alert me when i get text messages, when somebody calls me, or when i plug it in the the charger. When i try to make calls it won't let me hear anything so i don't know if people are listening or not. I couldn't hear anything when my sister was trying to facetime me. Also siri isn't working. I ask her to call someone, and normally she would be like "calling (name) mobile" nothing. I don't know what's wrong with my phone:/ Does anyone know what the problem might be
You might wanna go to settings > sounds > and higher the volume
If it still doesn't work, then you should check if the notifications are on.

Simplest things we ignore sometimes. Make sure your iphone's hard switch on the left side is set to LOUD and not switched down to SILENT
