My iPhone 4S won't turn on what do I do?

Take it back to your cell provider and hope you have insurance in case it's not a warranty issue. Sad to say but iPhones seem to have a fairly high failure rate.
Hold down the On button until it turns on. Works for me when an electronic won't turn off/on
