My iPhone 5 charger does not work?
When I try and use my phone and charge at the same time, the phone goes in and out of charge mode, causing a lot of noise and does not charge the phone. It only charges when the phone is completely still. Any suggestions other than take it to Apple?
I have an iPhone 5 and have had no issues but had a similar issue with my iPhone 4. I made an appointment online to see someone at the Genius Bar in the apple shop and they swapped it over there and then.
Hello James sorry mate i have searched all over the net and the apple forums and i can't find anything about the problems you are having.
So although you sound like you wanted to avoid it you may be forced to either take it back to the shop you got it from or take it to apple? It may be a pain in the but but at least you will get yourself a new charger and your problem will be solved.

I bought a $30 10 ft cord from target like 2 weeks ago (i didn't think it would be as bad since it was expensive) and now it has a really weird problem. Sometimes when i plug it into my phone it would work and sometimes it doesn't (it mostly doesn't). I have no idea what the problem is. It isn't the same problem as when i have to bend the cord, its just taking out/putting in the cord.
- What to do if iPhone sound does not not work? My iPhone 4S has no water damage and I all ready looked at the mute bottom but still no sound. Some of my apps and games have sound buy like pandora no sound or my music advice please
