My iPhone 5 is acting weird - 1

I've recently exposed my iPhone to water then the Apple sign showed up after I dried it and these words on top of the screen was there too. I vacuumed the water out of the speakers and that front camera hole thing: p
Then I let it sit in rice for 48 hours. After I took it out I charged it and it works! After it was done charger the same thing happened! The Apple sign showed up with those words on top. I really need help because I'm suppose to replace my phone because the off button doesn't work. But I can't replace it if it has water damge. Please, please, Please help.
By the way, I've dropped it in water before and I fixed it myself using the vacuum and rice.
