My iPhone 5 is stuck in recovery mode?

When I connect to iTunes, it forces me to restore my iPhone but halfway through the restoring process iTunes tells me that iPhone "iPhone" can't be restored, an error occurred (9).

Added (1). oh and my lock button isn't working

Added (2). and now my iPhone is showing a black screen and won't respond at all
