My iPhone 5s's sound doesn't' work properly, can I get a new one?
I ordered this used iPhone 5s on eBay and it's in great condition; just that the sound is kind of messed up. It comes out raspy as if something like dust is clogging the holes and it doesn't sound good. An acquaintance of mine said that by going to the Apple Store to talk about it, they would give me a new one. Is this true or?
If it's still under AppleCare and the warranty has been transferred to you then they'll repair or replace at their option, provided the fault isn't due to accidental damage or misuse such as water damage.
Otherwise you'll need to pay for a repair, but again at their choice Apple might replace the entire phone with an identical new or refurbished model.
So make certain that you fully back up the phone, both wirelessly to iCloud and wired to your host computer, before presenting the phone for repair.
You did not purchase it from Apple, so they will probably not replace it.
- Why doesn't siri on iphone 4 work properly? I downloaded Siri using cydia. She works, and do simple tasks like set an alarm, set a timer, or send a text, But when i ask her to search for places near me her answer is always sorry i can't find games for such and such. Her answers are almost always irrelevant to my question. There was an option to buy Siri for 99 cents that uses google, and seems more legit than the free downloaded. Can anyone help answer my question as to why Siri is acting "stupid"?
- Why doesn't my right headphone doesn't make sound? I have the iPhone 7 EarPods (not the Bluetooth ones ) They were working just fine until one day I realized that there was no sound coming out of the right side. I already cleaned it but doesn't work. How do I fix this?
- When I sing I sound good in my head but on recording it doesn't sound as good? I understand why this is but I want to know if it is because my iPhone recording quality isn't good. If not how do I actually listen to how others hear me sing.
- Sound in my new iPhone 5 randomly doesn't work? Today i bought a new iPhone 5.It works well except the fact the sound seems to not want to work 75% of the time. No siri, apps, or anything play the sound. I use to have a 3gs so i know how to work it and it just doesn't play sound. Then randomly the sound will come back to it. Any clue to what's going on? Would upgrading the firmware help it?
