My iPhone 6s is really slow?

Ok so i just got my iphone 6s a few days ago (i'm 13 years old) and i was using it fine but the Wi-Fi occasionally gets really slow to the point where i can't run the speedtest. On my macbook air its perfectly fine tho i'm getting like 20up&down

Your are probably testing your data speeds because you aren't connect to Wi-Fi on your phone. Try to check and see if you are connected to Wi-Fi

My iPhone 6s is slow, and sometimes can't load the page. I have tried everything possible to speed it up. All apps are closed, all cell data is off except on settings Including spotlight search, and I had to delete all my apps from the App Store, and I still get a slow phone.
