5. Reset the phone if the screen went black
Is the Battery fully loaded? If so. Try to take battery out for 10 seconds.

I've tried the hard reset a thousand times and nothing happens. ITunes won't recognize my phone so I can't do a factory reset. Can anyone tell me another way of resetting my phone?
