My iPhone is 16 gigabytes. Can it be changed to something higher?

All you can do is buy a new iPhone because even Apple can't do it. I consider this issue the major drawback of iPhone and just for increased memory, they charge several extra dollars while chip-type memory is too cheap. They really make good money just for the difference of 16 GB and 32 GB but it doesn't happen in other phones.

Android owners buy SDHC Cards for about £30 to get a phone up to 64Gb.
