My iPhone is stuck on Apple logo
I have an iPhone 5 C. I was sitting on my couch charging my phone when I took over my phone turned off turned on now it's stuck on the apple logo. I have tried to hold the home button and power button together but it doesn't work please help!
You never have to shut an iphone off, it doesn't lose power as it goes dormant so always leave it on. I haven't shut mine off in a year, and just flip mute switch at night. Connect it to itunes and leave it, itunes is good about fixing it if something got corrupted.
