My iphone isn't syncing with my itunes?
I just downloaded an album on my Iphone and went to copy it onto my laptop itunes account and it says the phone has synced but the music isn't on my account! I've tried everything but it's just not working. What should i do?
Added (1). Everything is up to date. Itunes and Iphone are both updated
Added (2). And i'm also using the cord that i use to charge it and got with my iphone.
Well, first of all do you have the latest updated version of iTunes? If you want to check, click the apple on the top left corner, and click software update. After if it is done loading, if you see the iTunes icon, click that and update it. Also, is your cord connected to your computer? That helps… You know the cord you use to charge it, that's what I use for iTunes… (I hope this helps… You may not have a Mac OS X though… That is what I use).

- Why isn't my iTunes syncing? Hi, basically whenever I try to sync my iPhone (3GS) a message appears saying something along the lines of "couldn't sync iPhone, run the installer to uninstall iTunes and then install the 64-bit version". I have done this multiple times to be met with the same message. If you could send me a link to the iTunes that I need, or give me any requirements for iTunes, it would be much appreciated. By the way, I use Windows 7 and have an Asus laptop- if this is any help.
