My iPhone lock button stopped working?
It works, but I have to beat it against something before it'll actually lock with the lock button, I have insurance on my iPhone, it's the iPhone 4 white, where I have insurance would I be able to get a new phone or would I have to get the tools and replace it myself? It's a Verizon iPhone.
You would have to contact Verizon in order to use your insurance and see I'd you could replace it. Meanwhile you could use assistive touch to lock your phone and not damage it any further.
- Power button on iPhone 5 stopped working? I got the iPhone 5 for christmas this past year and since I got it the power button wouldn't work unless i pushed it down on the left side only. But now the other day it completely stopped working altogether. If i take it in to apple, will they give me a new one for free? Or am i gonna have to pay for repairs? I don't wanna go in and not have my phone backed up on my computer if they decide to give me a new one.
