My iPhone reset during iOS Update?
Added (1). In the middle of an iOS update, my iPhone reset for reasons unknown. When it came to again, it was in recovery mode with the "connect to iTunes" symbol on the screen. Several resets later yielded the same result. I know I should restore and update my phone on iTunes, but the problem is I have lots of documents that haven't been backed up. Is there a way for me to restore my phone and update it via iTunes without losing everything as well?
Can you get out of the connect to iTunes screen, if not hold both the on and home button on the phone. The screen goes black and you should see a apple logo. Get icloud or just connect to iTunes and it should backup. Once it is backed up check to make sure and then just update from iTunes not over the air.

- Update stopped during ios update own iphone now phones broke I connected my iPhone 4 to my computer (iTunes) and started doing the update through iTunes. About five minutes into the update iTunes in my computer stops working, causing the update to of course stop working. Now my phone will not turn on. On the screen it is black with the 'charge symbol' as if it were low on battery and an iTunes symbol. I have tried turning my phone off and on, but of course it didn't respond.
- Recover deleted pictures during update on Iphone 4? I was in a hurry and I had to disconnect my iphone 4 when the update had not finished yet. When I restarted it the pictures and videos that I had not syncronized nor backed up since the last time that I did it were not in the Iphone. Do somebody know how can I recovered them? I have seen ways to do it, but no one says about recover deleted photos lost during an update session.
- My iphone turned off during update installation? - 1 So i have iphone 4 it turned of during update installation and it won't turn back on it shows logo of itunes and when i connect it to pc itunes and restore it it still can't be updated and doesn't turn back on. So is there any one who know what i can do? And is my data all gone? Is there any way i can get them back?
- Itunes fails to download iPhone Software Update during restore When i try to restore my iPhone itune starts the restore by first downloading this thing named as iPhone Software Update ( even though my iphone is aLREADy running 7.0.3) . Whenever 50-60 MB of it has been downloaded by itunes the download speeds gradually slows down to 0 and download fails. Why is this happening. Its not a problem with my internet connection.
