My iPhone's Wi-Fi nor 3G Will Work! Please?

So, my phone's Wi-Fi and 3G connection seem to be working perfectly fine. It's an iPhone 4S, if it helps. I don't know what's wrong, but every time I use anything internet-related, it'll just tell me that it's not able to load, despite the full wi-fi symbol and working 3G.

Things I have tried are:

--> Restarting my iPhone
--> Forgetting Network and logging back on
--> Unplugging and replugging router
--> Go to the wi-fi information and hit 'static' and then 'BootP' again.
--> Turning Bluetooth off
--> Turning Cellular Data off and back on again.

Please help me, I appreciate it ^3^

Help? Anyone?

The process of connecting to a Wi-Fi router is *separate* from the process used to deliver web pages. You can have an excellent Wi-Fi connection and not be able to surf the web (as you now know).

Go into your phone's Wi-Fi settings and update your question with the following info:
IP address, Subnet mask, Default Gateway, DNS servers

If you have a laptop using the same Wi-Fi connection, open a CMD window (Start button, type CMD, hit Enter) and enter the 'ipconfig /all' command. Then update your question with the info from your laptop's 'Wireless LAN adapter' section.
