My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected?

My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.

Yes unfortunately us females wil put the weight on in the midriff section. Don't fret though, just focus on crunches and to trim down waistline, stand feet shoulder length apart, place broom across shoulders and twist side to side keeping hips facing forward< (Be sure hips do not move with upper body or you will defeat the purposet) If done correctly, you should feel the pull on lower abdomin, this is due to the set of muscles that run diagonal across stomach. Start out at about 10-15 and increase count daily. You will notice a difference in time. Stomach will slowly tighen up and waistline will become thinner. Also do your crunches. Also modified push ups will help, this is where you keep knees on floor and lower upper body to ground until elbows and shoulders run even. It is not easy to do but you will fill the effects of this also.

Ever notice how well a Latino dancer looks, well this is achieved by the rolling of hips. Same effect of broom and twisting but just roll the hips in circular motion and figure eights, only this time keep the upper body facing forward. It helps to keep arms out to sides.

Put some Latino music on and Salsa away. LOL (Secret to this is the knees, bend knees slightly and place weight on legs and the work those hips.) These circular motions work the same on waistline and stomach. Don't be doing this in front of guys though, lol
