My iphone says it's charging but it's not?
So my iphone says that it's charging but the battery percentage keeps going down. It was working fine but it started doing this this morning, I got it to work again and it stopped again. I did the hard reset and regular reset, should I just reset my entire phone. I don't have an apple plan or my phone service isn't with apple so I really can't get help from them. Someone please tell me sone good news, I have somewhere to go and my phone is my only alarm
Added (1). Update: I turned off the phone for a few seconds again after it fell lower than 10% and it started working again. It's the same thing that happened last time. The phone was pretty much dead, below 10% and then when I restarted it it was working. I don't know

Call apple
Try not using it while its charging or turning down the brightness of the phone
Maybe part of the charger's cord is loose. I would suggest you take the phone and the charger to an Apple Store and have them check it out. The chargers are cheap and the wires can break after being moved around a lot. It could be different things. The battery can only be recharged a certain number of times. But it is most likely a loose connection somewhere, most likely part of the charger. Try another charger. That may fix the problem.

You either need a new cable or adapter
If you are charging iphone battery via power adpter and it shows it is charging but battery going down.
Then change your iphone via usb cable and see battery is charging or not.
secondly when you are charging your iphone on battery indicator it show z sing or not.

Try resetting your iphone
Try charging it and not using it at the same time. If it charges fine than, and you want to use it while charging you can get the more powerful iPad charger and charge your iPhone with it. They are totally compatible and the iPhone will be charged faster.
