My iPhone says there's not enough storage to update to iOS 7.1.1?
A message keeps coming up on my phone saying I don't have enough storage in my iPhone to update my iOS. My 5gb of iCloud storage is full. How can I delete pictures save in my iCloud storage without deleting them permanently from my phone? I have a 32gb iPhone and I still have around 20gb of memory left so deleting from my camera roll every time I need some more storage to update completely defeats the purpose of having 32gb memory.
If you have your computer with iTunes, and you use it with your phone, then you don't have to delete anything, there should be an option that says to update, and if your iPhone or iPod is plugged in, it will give you the update. I do not own an iPhone, and I haven't done this in a while, I do what you're trying to do, and delete stuff, but for sake of sanity, try my request.
