My iphone screen turned grey and glitchy?
I don't remember that i dropped it or if it fell in water, but i turned glitchy long time ago. Just now when i tried to unlock it the screen went all grey, after trying several tries of sleep and switch-off and stuff, the screen changes everytime i open the phone, i.e one its grey then white and black then black (but not off) and sometimes rainbow glitchy.
Its a iphone 4 that's warranty is done, jailbroken and had past problems (broken screen, dead battery).
The phone itself is still making noise i.e when trying to blindly type tha paasword, but i can't.
What should i do, do you think if i can take it torepare shop they can fix it.
Time to get a new one bud. If the warranty is done, chances are they won't fix it for you without a high price.
I agree. It is time to get a new one. If you report it to Apple, they will replace it for you. Just complain a lot and I guarantee it will be free.

I let it sit there for a couple minutes, I pressed the home button and the screen turned green, It was green for a minute. It shut off and won't turn on. I plugged it into the charger 20 mins ago and still no response. Also, my power button broke a whille ago. What can i do? Keep it plugged in until it turns on or should i unplug it for a couple days?
