My iphone turned off during update installation? - 1
So i have iphone 4 it turned of during update installation and it won't turn back on it shows logo of itunes and when i connect it to pc itunes and restore it it still can't be updated and doesn't turn back on. So is there any one who know what i can do? And is my data all gone? Is there any way i can get them back?
You don't need to be worried about just follow the below steps. Your iPhone will be work as before.
You need to restore your iPhone iOS version.
Download your currant (before updation) iOS version to your PC.
1 Connect your iOS device to your computer using the cable that came with it.
2 Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes. In the Summary pane, click the Restore button for your device.

3 Click Restore again to confirm that you want to restore your device to factory settings and delete all data and content. ITunes will download the iOS software file and restore your iOS device.
4 After your iOS device is restored to factory settings, it will restart, and you'll see the "Slide to set up" welcome screen. Follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant. You can set up your device as new or using a previous backup. If your iOS device has cellular service, it will activate after you restore.
- Update stopped during ios update own iphone now phones broke I connected my iPhone 4 to my computer (iTunes) and started doing the update through iTunes. About five minutes into the update iTunes in my computer stops working, causing the update to of course stop working. Now my phone will not turn on. On the screen it is black with the 'charge symbol' as if it were low on battery and an iTunes symbol. I have tried turning my phone off and on, but of course it didn't respond.
