My iPhone won't connect to iTunes? - 1
Okay, here's what happened.
I tried updating my phone back to iOS 6.1.3 and I stopped the update because it was at almost an hour that it had been updating and the status bar had not moved any. So when I stopped the update my phone said it needs to connect to iTunes and when I tried to iTunes wouldn't recognize the device due to an error. So then I tried to connect to apple support to find out that I can't because I don't have an apple support plan (Which costs about 70 dollars).So now I'm here and half screwed. If anyone can seriously help, please do, it would be much appreciated.

- My Wi-Fi won't connect on my laptop but will connect to my other devices (an iPhone and iPad)? I have a MacBook Air. Sometimes it does connect but other times it just won't. It takes ages connecting and then in the end comes up with the exclamation mark or is just blank. Is this a problem with my laptop? I've tried researching the problem but have found nothing.
